Tony is the Principal Founder and Executive Chairman of NxGen Group, where he focuses on expanding early-stage real asset investment opportunities. His partnership with the leadership of the Guatemala Interoceanic Corridor — built on integrity, strategic vision, and disciplined execution — deepened his conviction in the project’s long-term impact and led to the creation of the NXG Real Assets Fund.

Tony also serves as Chairman of Aixelys SA de CV, Chairman of Clinix AI LLC, and as Managing Partner at Barrier Capital, LLC, a cross-border investment firm specializing in government-sector opportunities.

With over four decades of experience, Tony has held senior executive roles and founded and scaled startups in healthcare, real estate, and authentication and anti-counterfeiting technologies. He has led mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from both the buy side and sell side.

He began his career at Deloitte, advancing into its M&A group before taking on strategic planning roles at Fortune 50 companies. Tony holds an MM in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Northwestern University.
