Charles A. Chesnutt

As Chief Financial Officer of NxGen Group, Charlie leads financial operations, risk, and compliance — and serves as primary liaison with the Fund Administrator and Audit teams to ensure transparency and financial integrity.

Charlie was previously Senior Vice President & Treasurer at Genuine Parts Company, overseeing treasury, audit, tax, and risk for the $25 billion multinational and leading technology and process enhancement initiatives across the enterprise.

Earlier in his career he held corporate finance and technology roles at several public companies, beginning at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Charlie also serves on the boards of Children’s Harbor (affiliated with Children’s Healthcare of Alabama) and HOPE Atlanta — non-profits supporting children’s healthcare and crisis services.
